Cradle to Cradle: Remaking the Way We Make Things by William McDonough, Michael Braungart

Cradle to Cradle: Remaking the Way We Make Things by William McDonough, Michael Braungart

This book was a recommendation from my Dad, because he does not often read books, I knew it had to be really good, and it was, in essence. Even though the aspect of actually reading it was hard, I really loved the ideas and innovations that it presented. As soon as I started reading this book I started to question the way we do things, at first it made me sad, but as the book went on I realized not to be, but to just do everything I can as an individual to change things. This book is all about redesigning industry to have it be beneficial to nature, so it goes cradle to cradle instead of cradle to grave which is what we are currently doing. With the ideas that are presented, I believe that everyone should read this book, but because it is dense and a little hard to get through I would recommend this as a book read in class at school with a group or a book club book. I think that everybody should read it. I gave this book three stars because it was so hard to read, but the ideas and innovation it presented was really great.
