The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1) by James Dashner

The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1) by James Dashner

This has been on my to read list for a long time now, and I have gotten mixed feedback on whether it is good or not. Now that I have read it, I can see why people liked it and did not like it. I enjoyed reading this book and found myself pulled into it. At first it was a little bit frustrating to read because everybody was so angry, but as I got further in I started to understand it more and more. It was really interesting to see everything fall into place. This book is about Thomas, he finds himself inside the maze and only able to remember his first name. In the maze Thomas finds himself doing things he never expected. At first I did not like the ending, but as I continued to read, it become more clear to me on why it ended like it did. I recommend this book to anyone who liked the Divergent Trilogy and the Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness.
